CATCH’s industrial strength simulated training environment is ready-made to put members of the high hazard sectors through their paces.
The world-class training ground is landmarked with process storage vessels, tanks, pumps, pipelines and a full control room suite. This gives you a unique opportunity to carry out practical training around HAZOP, process safety, permit to work, site maintenance and operational roles.
True to a real life site, the fully contained working environment requires you to log in and log out. Delegates must also follow full site personal protective equipment requirements.

Reynolds Training Services is proudly investing over £150,000 in improving provision for our learners, by bringing the latest technology to the Tank Farm and Process Plant at CATCH. The expansive site already boasts impressive facilities and this exciting new development will ensure that CATCH and Reynolds can offer even wider competency, deeper understanding and greater opportunities.
As a nation we are all too quick to complain when we feel we have not had a good service, and in retrospect feel not enough praise is given when credit is due. Alan’s knowledge and experience within the industry has clearly helped to become a huge asset to Reynolds Training Services when giving this type of training.
In my own opinion, I feel health and safety courses that tend to drone on about legislation and the law can be the most boring things on the planet, but Alan kept us all focused, encouraged participation and managed to keep the course interesting.
Sitting in lectures only gives us the theoretical aspect of process safety, but coming to this workshop has put this to use and tested what I know – very motivating.
