Jo has 25 years’ experience in the public and private sector doing training design and delivery, training & competency management, assessment and providing internal quality assurance.
For the 8 years, Jo managed training and competency for a major oil company, which included teams in the UK, the Netherlands, Turkey and France.
She is also a qualified personal performance and life coach, bringing a wider perspective to the portfolio of knowledge and experience to RTS.
Jo works with Reynolds Training Services as an Assessor, Internal Quality Assurer and Trainer delivering a range of qualifications including Learning and Development, Assessor and Internal Quality Assurance.
