At the heart of Reynolds Training Services resides a story of dedication, family and quiet strength. A story that would never have been possible without Karon Reynolds.
Karon was our co-owner and Finance Director. She was also the foundation upon which the company was built. She was and, always will be, the diamond at its core. Alongside her husband, John, Karon helped shape a business that for over fifteen years has protected people, trained thousands and upheld the highest standards in safety.
While John and the trainers operated front of stage, Karon worked tirelessly behind the scenes, steadying every moving part. She booked courses, guided learners, supported clients and held everything together with care and precision.
The heartbeat behind the spotlight.
But it wasn’t just what she did. It was how she did it. Calm, kind and formidable, Karon carried the same commitment to people that defines Reynolds Training today. She was a trusted hand, a wise voice and a constant source of warmth for everyone who worked with her. Her knowledge of NEBOSH and vocational training was vast, but it was her humanity that made her unforgettable. And those hugs – no one ever left without one.
Karon shaped our company’s culture. Karon shaped our people. She created a workplace built on trust, laughter and respect. One that lives on in every learner, every colleague and every life made safer through the training she helped build.
In June 2025, Karon passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family. Her absence is deeply felt, yet her influence endures. You can see it in the way Reynolds Training supports others, in the confidence of its trainers and in the quiet integrity that runs through everything the company does.
