The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013, often known as RIDDOR, regulates the statutory obligation to report deaths, injuries, diseases and dangerous occurrences. This includes near misses.
If an incident has happened at your workplace:
- It can be reported online or;
- Via a telephone service for reporting fatal and major injuries only
