This unit is designed to introduce the learner to the primary purposes of Pipeline Pigging – namely, the cleaning and inspecting of pipelines through inserting The Pig into the pipeline so the pressure-driven flow pushes it down the pipe to the receiving trap.
This course will introduce pearners to the different types of Pig used within industry. There will be a review of the personal and process hazards associated with pipeline Pigging.
