Q) NEBOSH training courses FAQ#2: What is DSEAR?
A) So what is DSEAR? Well let’s start by explaining what it stands for.
Take a breath ladies and gentlemen – you’re going to need one. DSEAR is an acronym for the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations.

DSEAR encompasses a set of regulations placed on employers – including the self employed – to protect workers and members of the public from risks posed by fires, explosions or similar events in the workplace.
