Keith Alibone

My duties include assessing learners to ensure their competencies are kept up to date. Also completing IQA (Internal Quality Assurance) on learners portfolios when qualifications have been completed. I have 7 years’ experience in doing this.

Before my time at Reynolds, I spent 20 years working for BP and have Level 3 Assessor and Level 4 IQA qualifications.

What I love most about my job is ensuring learner portfolios are completed to the current standard and, thankfully, I only need to work part-time.

In my spare time I volunteer for The Canal and River Trust as a Lock Keeper and Assessor. I also enjoy Clay Pigeon Shooting and help run a small shoot in Northampton.
