This Reynolds learning module will introduce apprentices to the formal programme, covering personal introductions, organisational values, lesson planning and more.

The Onboarding module from Reynolds Training will provide learners with an introductory overview of the apprenticeship and associated facets of learning, introduce co-workers and the Reynolds Training team, consider travel and accommodation arrangements along with behaviours expected whilst at the Reynolds Technical Training Centre at the CATCH facility.

Prerequisites: Acceptance on the Apprenticeship programme

❖ Site overviews, travel and accommodation arrangements, communications, security, support and assistance
❖ Centre and learner details, registrations, general rules and responsibilities
❖ Personal and professional behaviours, including organisational values
