Reynolds Training Services is expanding its health and safety solutions portfolio as businesses across Lincolnshire respond to regulatory requirements. RTS, which works with brands including BP, is based at the world-class training facility, CATCH, in Stallingborough.
Over ten years of trading, Reynolds Training Services has become the go-to local provider of NEBOSH and IOSH courses.
“From industrial sites to workplaces, business leaders are responding to the regulatory drive for improved safety and competency,” said managing director, John Reynolds.
John added: “The classrooms, conference facilities and simulated industrial environments at CATCH make for the perfect setting in which to deliver training.”
Learners, he continued, benefited from industry-high pass rates when training with RTS. “Customers love that a world-class education facility resides in their locale where they enjoy an interactive experience which fuels site compliance and career progression,” commented John.
IOSH Managing Safely brings managers up-to-speed with the knowledge and skills needed to tackle workplace health and safety.
Delivered over 4 days, the practical programme helps businesses raise safety standards.
The certificate covers the main legal requirements for UK safety. This includes the identification and control of workplace hazards, and the practical application of knowledge.
The course is delivered over one full day in a training room environment.
There are no specific pre-requisites however, to focus on the key subject, individuals should already have skills in assertiveness; recognising body language; active listening; and basic presentation skills.Onsite safety: My Individual Training Record
Reynolds Training Services Online is also a popular choice for the company’s diverse client portfolio. John explains: “Every company needs to record training, be it delivered by in-house and/or external providers. My-iTR simplifies this into one centralised online record.”
My-iTR, he continued, fuels companies with the ability to upload and record all progress from full company, individual, to site reports.
