Alan Oxborough

Alan has been with Reynolds since 2011 and as Operations Manager his role includes business management, management of the operational training team, and the development of technical provision as well as being a lead consultant trainer.

Alan has decades of experience in both the UK and internationally in engineering and operations roles in the chemical process, petrochemical (onshore and offshore), power generation and defence sectors. He has also delivered learning as a learning and development consultant and university lecturer.

Alan brings this extensive, and highly relevant, experience to his role at Reynolds where he enjoys working closely with clients to exceed their expectations and facilitating the ‘real life’ plant facilities available to our learners.
