In the industrial workplace, a permit to work is akin to a driving licence – without it, your safety systems won’t go far.

This is because a permit to work defines the parameters in which personnel can competently conduct work activities in a specified location on equipment over a defined period of time.

This half-day session outlines the core requirements of a permit to work system, defining how formal procedures are deployed to control certain types of potentially hazardous tasks.
