Environment for Business equips individuals with up-to-date knowledge and practical guidance to incorporate environmental management and sustainability principles into day-to-day business operations.

To provide an understanding of how organisations can derive tangible business benefits from recognising and addressing the ways in which they interact with the environment, and the practical steps that individuals can take.
The learner will be able to:
- Describe how the natural world works, and how this impacts on the availability of natural resources.
- Explain how the environment can impact on the organisation.
- Explain how the organisation can impact on the environment.
- Describe how to minimise environmental risks and maximise sustainability opportunities.
Learners will be assessed by a question paper that draws on knowledge and comprehension of the subject matter. The papers consist of 13 questions in a variety of formats, which can be completed within 30 minutes. Minimum mark required is 21/30.

IOSH and NEBOSH Progression Routes
The course provides excellent support for the IOSH Managing Safely, (Talk with our learning advisors about linking these for a discount). Learners can also progress to undertake the NEBOSH Certificate in Environmental Management.
